Personal data processing policy
This policy is drawn up under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and describes what data this site processes.

2. What data is processed
Waitlist: the email address you enter in the form, the interface language, the page the form was submitted from, and the submission time. The address is lowercased and each address is stored once. No IP address or browser data is stored by the form.
Yandex.Metrika (only after your consent): cookies and technical visitor data, page views, link clicks, clicks and click map, bounce rate, and a recording of your actions on the page (Webvisor).
3. Purposes and legal basis
The waitlist email is used to tell you when site sections open and about API development. The basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
Metrika and Webvisor are used for visit statistics and to analyse how visitors use the site. The basis is your consent: the "Accept" button in the cookie notice.
4. Cookies and Yandex.Metrika
On your first visit the site shows a cookie notice. Until you press "Accept", and after you press "Decline", the Yandex.Metrika counter is not loaded and no data is sent to Yandex. Your choice is kept only in your browser (localStorage, key pb_cookie_notice) and is not sent to the server. To change it, delete that key in the site data of your browser; the notice will appear again.
5. Disclosure to third parties
After your consent, visitor data is received by the Yandex.Metrika service (mc.yandex.ru). The site does not pass the waitlist email to anyone.
6. Storage

7. Your rights
